Nurse Case Manager Maitland FL
QMedRx/SinuCare based in Maitland FL is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (LPN or RN)
In this high-visibility role, you will coordinate and help provide specialized home infusion therapies and nursing services to patients and caregivers at home or in alternate settings. Through daily consultations, you will coordinate medical services while facilitating the IV-AB care plan process.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination and implementation for individuals receiving IV antibiotic treatment. Works with patient as coordinator between medical care providers, Physicians office and healthcare services.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited LPN and or RN program with a current LPN and or RN license/eligibility; 1+ years' recent experience in a specialty involving infusion therapy (including patient assessment, venous access and emergency patient care); CPR certification; and the ability to assume a flexible work schedule. PICC certification, previous specialized home health care experience, and national certification in a related field are highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent phone skills manners, excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, computer literacy and keyboarding skills required.

Sales Representative (Major US Markets)
As a SinuCare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, managed care and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. He/she must provide the most current information pertaining to US Pharm products and their approved indications in a manner, which will ensure the appropriate use of these products and achieve the business potential of the territory. Day to day responsibilities include promoting SinuCare ethical product line in a specific sales territory, detailing products to doctors and nurses making at least 2-4 presentations to doctors per day, building relationships and rapport with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
